Operation Executive

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining high-quality service standards, and supporting the implementation of company strategies and objectives. This role involves coordination with internal departments, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless execution of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations across departments
• Coordinate between sales, purchase, project, and site teams
• Track and manage work orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
• Prepare MIS reports and operational updates for management
• Assist in streamlining operational processes and follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related area.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
