Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities: (preferably retired ex-service men) Administrative Duties: Maintain and manage all site-level administrative activities. Coordinate with HO for staff requirements, logistics, and daily operations. Ensure smooth functioning of office supplies, utilities, and transport. Handle basic HR documentation—joining, ID cards, leave applications, etc. Discipline & Site Supervision: Ensure site-level discipline among workers, staff, and subcontractors. Monitor punctuality, dress code (PPE), safety compliance, and overall conduct on-site. Assist in conflict resolution and ensure code of conduct is followed. Maintain daily site logbook and record behavioral or disciplinary incidents. Support in enforcing company rules, safety protocols, and labour laws. 📋 Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (preferred in ret ex-service men). 2–5 years of experience in any corporate companies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of labour law and site safety.
