OpenWrt Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled OpenWRT Developer with 1–2 years of experience in embedded systems and a minimum of 6 months working with OpenWRT or RDK-B-based router/embedded platforms. You will work closely with our embedded systems team to develop, debug, and maintain firmware for networking devices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize firmware for routers and embedded devices using OpenWRT or RDK-B Integrate and configure packages using UCI, netifd, ubus, opkg , and the OpenWRT build system Work on networking protocols: IP Routing, NAT, Firewall, PON/DSL, IPSec Bootloader-level tasks using U-Boot Debug and resolve issues related to firmware and network stacks Collaborate with hardware and QA teams to ensure end-to-end system functionality Required Skills: 1–2 years of embedded system development experience Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with OpenWRT or RDK-B Proficiency in UCI , netifd , ubus , opkg , and OpenWRT build systems Strong understanding of Linux networking stack , IP routing , NAT , firewall rules , and VPN protocols like IPSec Experience with bootloaders (e.g., U-Boot) Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills in embedded environments Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
