Role & responsibilities . Project Management 1. Conceptualize, develop project plan and establish clear ownership for project tasks. 2. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives, ensure complete job detailing. 3. Control project schedule, cost, and performance risks and ensure timely project completion. 4. Track daily progress and review project tasksto ensure deadlines are met appropriately. 5. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals. 6. Manage the contractor on day to day basis, ensure proper manpower at site. 7. Ensure safety compliances at site. 8. Ensure quality installations at site and daily inspection. 9. Maintain contractor pool, continuously train the contractors manpower and ensure proper tools and infrastructure at site for timely completion. 10.
