Offline/BTL Campaigns Execute targeted BTL marketing activities (college partnerships, flyers, events, etc.) to increase local visibility and inbound leads. Collaborate with sales and operations teams for ground-level activation and lead generation. Analytics & Reporting Regularly track, report, and analyze campaign performance and ROI. Recommend data-backed improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness. Desired Candidate Profile: 48 years of experience in digital and performance marketing; experience in real estate, co-living, D2C, or startup environments preferred. Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools . Strong understanding of CPL, CTR, CAC, Conversion Rate optimization. Excellent creative judgment and experience in coordinating with agencies/designers. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data tools like Excel, GA4, Hotjar, etc. Strong communication and project management skills.
