Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle coordination with vendors for various office-related services and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain updated vendor records and follow up for timely work completion, payments, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with co-working space partners for seating, maintenance, and facility-related matters.
  • Review the quality and timeliness of vendor work and raise issues if needed.
  • Assist in organising video shoots by coordinating logistics and vendor support.
  • Support basic administrative tasks related to vendor operations and office coordination.
  • Visit different cities for office work-related requirements as and when needed.
  • Various Other responsibilities would be given from time to time.
