Office Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office activities, including managing calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers
  • Monitor inventory and manage office supplies
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration preferred
  • For this role, good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada are required.
