Location: Bengaluru/Mangaluru Experience required: 2 -5 years Key skills: Odoo Development, Python, Frontend Technologies Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules, with a deep understanding of Python and business processes. You will play a key role in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements. Analyze, design, and develop new modules and features in Odoo ERP. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo modules. Integrate Odoo with third-party platforms using APIs/web services. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions. Write clean, reusable, and efficient Python code and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-5 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer. Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb, XML). Experience in Odoo custom module development and Odoo standard modules Good understanding of Odoo backend and frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Experience with Odoo APIs and web services (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with Linux environments, Git version control. Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Odoo deployment (Linux, Docker, Nginx, Odoo.sh) is a plus .
