Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care in homes. As a full-time live-in caretaker, you'll be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support. This role requires a caring and patient individual who can work independently and provide personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Care:

  - Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.

2. Medication Management:

  - Assist with medication administration and management, as directed by the client or their family.

  - Monitor and report any changes in client condition or medication side effects.

3. Companionship:

  - Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in conversation and activities.

  - Encourage clients to participate in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.

4. Household Support:

  - Assist with light housekeeping and laundry, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

  - Prepare meals and snacks, following dietary restrictions and preferences.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

  - Freshers can apply, but prior experience in caregiving or nursing is an advantage.

  - Certification or degree in nursing or caregiving is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

2. Skills:

  - Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.

  - Ability to work independently and provide personalized care.

  - Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.

3. Mobility:

  - Valid Indian driving license for 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers.

  - Willingness to travel and relocate within India or internationally.

4. Documentation:

  - Valid passport (an added advantage for international opportunities).
