Nova Grand, a premier banquet hall in Chirala, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Manager to lead our events team. If you have a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, we invite you to join our growing family.
As our Banquet Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our banquet operations, ensuring every event, from receptions to birthdays are executed flawlessly and exceeds our clients' expectations.Responsibilities: * Event Planning & Execution: * Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for events. * Follow up regularly on WhatsApp and try to close deals with clients for bookings * Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects, including room setup, décor, catering, audio-visual needs, and staffing. * Develop detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth execution. * Oversee event setup, ensuring all details are perfect before guest arrival. * Be present during events to address any issues, ensure client satisfaction, and manage staff. * Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all events. * Operational Excellence: * Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout the banquet hall. * Client Relations & Sales Support: * Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. * Assist the sales team in showcasing the venue and capabilities to prospective clients. * Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently. * Reporting & Administration: * Prepare post-event reports, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement. * Maintain accurate records of events, client details, and financial transactions. * Strong understanding of banquet operations, event planning, and catering services. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. * A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. * Knowledge of local suppliers and vendors in Chirala is a plus.Why Join Nova Grand?At Nova Grand, we believe in creating memorable experiences, not just for our clients, but for our team as well.
