The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB, along with a proactive and ownership mindset. The responsibilities include architecting, designing, and developing scalable backend services using Node.js (Nest.js), managing cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, working with MongoDB for high-performance database solutions, leveraging Docker and serverless technologies for streamlined deployments, optimizing application performance and scalability, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met. Bonus points will be given for candidates with experience in other backend languages like Python, working on Agentic AI, and possessing security knowledge and best practices.
