Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a New Product Development Manager based in Gurugram, Haryana. The role involves managing the development of new bakery products from concept to market, conducting research and development (R&D), collaborating with the food technology team, and overseeing project management tasks. In addition, the New Product Development Manager will work on enhancing existing products, ensuring they meet quality standards, and aligning them with market demand. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role requires a significant presence on-site to coordinate with the production team.

Qualifications

• Research and Development (R&D) and Food Technology skills
• Proficiency in Food Science and understanding of Food Industry trends
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee product development stages
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, based in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Experience in the bakery industry is a plus
