Cross-functional Collaboration
Supplier & Material Development
Coordinate with tooling vendors or internal toolroom for timely development of dies, jigs, molds, etc.
Documentation & Process Control
Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance ( Ensure first-off samples meet specifications before mass production)
Continuous Improvement
Qualification
BE - Mechanical/Rubber Tech
Experience - 1 - 5 Year NPD engineer , Manufacturing Company preffered Rubber Industry
