Job Description: We are hiring a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and drive business growth through the Business Partner Channel in the Life Insurance sector. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and lead a team of Business Partners to generate life insurance sales. Drive team performance to achieve targets through effective planning and support. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback for continuous improvement. Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and field visits with the team. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Candidate Requirements: Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling, preferably in Life Insurance or BFSI. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
