New Business Development Executive [ Night Shift Only ]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in sales within an international process, strong communication skills in English, and a passion for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
• Reach out to potential clients via email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any Business
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in international sales or business development.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Copper, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Prior experience in B2B sales or IT services/products.
