Network Support Engineer

As a Network Support Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, integrity, and performance of our network infrastructure, both in cloud and on-premises environments. We are looking for talented individuals with experience in SOC, NOC, and Network Engineering to join our expanding security and infrastructure team in Delhi and Bengaluru. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing network security systems such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and proxies. You will be expected to analyze and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities, implement and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices, and conduct regular audits of network architecture and access controls. Collaboration with IT and DevOps teams to secure networks, applications, and endpoints will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will perform vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and assist in incident response planning and disaster recovery testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Hands-on experience with tools like Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, or similar is required. Familiarity with SIEM tools, log analysis, secure network design, segmentation, and access controls is also important. Experience in VPN configuration, DNS security, and endpoint protection will be beneficial. Although certifications like CCNA Security, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are preferred, they are not mandatory.
