Network Operations Engineer

You will work as a Network Support Level 3 Engineer in the Network Operations team at Rockwell Automation. Reporting to the Lead Network Engineer, you will operate from the Noida, India office. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues, monitoring network performance, optimizing network performance, assisting with configuration and installation of networking hardware and software, maintaining detailed documentation, participating in on-call support, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, managing escalations, and planning for capacity upgrades. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in network operations, including 2 years in a Level 3 support role. You should be well-versed in network protocols and services, have hands-on experience with networking equipment, and be proficient in network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Possessing a CCNP certification or equivalent, experience with SD-WAN technologies and network automation, familiarity with ITIL frameworks, cloud-based networking solutions, and knowledge of network security practices will be advantageous.
