Job description
1. Process mutual fund transactions accurately and efficiently, including subscriptions, redemptions,
switches, and systematic transactions
2. Monitor daily reconciliation of transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
3. Proficiency in using mutual fund software and platforms (e.g., CAMS, Karvy, AMC portals).
4. Handle client queries and provide timely and accurate responses related to mutual fund investments
5. Coordinate with fund houses, registrars, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and
ensure smooth transaction processing
6. Generate reports and maintain records related to mutual fund transactions and client portfolios
7. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in mutual fund operations
