Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi Skill Technician located in Gurugram. The Multi Skill Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of ELIVAAS properties. Daily tasks include electrical maintenance, plumbing repairs, painting, carpentry, HVAC system maintenance, and general repairs. The role also requires the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently, ensure all work meets high-quality standards, and coordinate with other team members to complete projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Plumbing repair and HVAC system maintenance experience
• Skills in painting, carpentry, and general property repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience in facility maintenance or a similar role is preferred
• Relevant technical certifications or training are beneficial
