We are looking for a Multi Skill Technician with expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, reliable, and capable of handling a variety of technical issues in commercial or residential facilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and repair faults related to lighting, wiring, switches, sockets, motors, and control panels. Conduct preventive maintenance of building equipment and systems. Attend to breakdown calls and emergency repairs as needed. Handle minor carpentry, masonry, painting, and mechanical tasks when required. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition. Maintain logs, service records, and checklists as per operational standards. Follow safety protocols and ensure all work complies with local building codes. Provide timely updates to the supervisor and escalate critical issues.
