MS-F and O Commerce Technical-Senior

As a MSD_F&O Technical_Senior, you will play a crucial role in developing customizations in D365F&O, leading the technical team, handling development issues, and effectively communicating status updates to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities include estimating, designing, customizing, and developing customer-specific requirements, engaging in technical discussions, creating technical documents, designing integrations, and working with Azure Devops and LCS. You will also be responsible for developing and debugging customizations in Microsoft D365 FO, integrating D365 FO with third-party applications, performing data migration activities, working closely with Functional Consultants, coaching junior developers, developing SSRS and Power BI reports, and managing Environment and Release Management. To qualify for this role, you should have 6 to 12 years of overall experience, experience in operations environments in large multinational organizations, expertise in environment and release management, and a good understanding of migrations in D365 and older versions of AX. Additionally, skills and attributes for success include excellent communication skills, problem-solving techniques, integration with external legacy systems, knowledge of Lifecycle Services, Visual Studio Team Services, SQL, .NET, PowerBI, X++, C#, MVC patterns, end-to-end D365FO implementation, D365FO interfacing, and Agile methodologies. You should have the ability to function in a rapidly changing environment, prioritize tasks, collaborate effectively with internal and external resources, and demonstrate confidence, willingness to learn, and the capability to handle lead developers in implementations.
