With a presence in seven countries and a rapidly growing team, GDS operations is partnering with businesses on a journey of growth. Your responsibilities include estimating, designing, customizing, and developing customer-specific requirements in D365FO, leading technical teams, handling development issues, and communicating status to key stakeholders. You will be joining a leading software services firm that specializes in enterprise-grade SaaS solutions for global clients, working on web and cloud platforms. As part of a high-growth, agile development environment, your role will involve creating scalable, secure, and responsive business applications. Your responsibilities will include architecting and building web applications by designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using C#/.NET Core, MVC patterns, and modern JavaScript frameworks. You will also be responsible for implementing UI/UX designs to create responsive, dynamic user interfaces with Angular, HTML5, and SASS/SCSS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance. Your skills and attributes for success should include excellent communication and presentation skills, good problem-solving techniques, knowledge of integration with external systems, familiarity with Lifecycle Services, Visual Studio Team Services, X++, C#, MVC patterns, end-to-end D365FO implementation, and experience in technologies like SQL, .NET, and PowerBI. Experience with D365FO interfacing, integration, Agile methodologies, and Azure Services is an added advantage. You should be confident, willing to learn, and possess the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. To qualify for this role, you should have 4 to 6 years of overall experience, experience in Operations environment in multinational organizations, understanding of environment and release management, successful implementation experience, and knowledge of migrations in D365 and older versions of AX.
