Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mold Designer at Metrinch Engineering Solutions LLP. The Mold Designer will be responsible for tooling design, design engineering, mold design, and working on various aspects of plastics molding. While the role is primarily located in Chennai, there is flexibility for some remote work. A Design Professional with independent skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Mold Design and Mold expertise
• Being familiar with mould design concepts and production and assembly processes
• Experience in design of large size injection molds for Automotive plastics parts,
• Proficiency in CAD software Cimatron for mold design
• It is preferable if you know the mold design standards of North America
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Previous experience in the mold manufacturing company is a plus
