Module Lead - OpenText Liaison

Currently, we are seeking OpenText Liaison Professionals to join our team. As an OpenText Liaison Professional, your responsibilities will include configuring, mapping, and managing systems for EDI-based transactions and processes. You will be tasked with maintaining cross-reference tables, monitoring files for delivery and receipt, troubleshooting EDI transactions and workflows, and identifying exception errors. Additionally, you will assist in new partner setups and maintenance, transition/upgrading of EDI systems, and develop and maintain EDI process documentation. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of experience and proficiency in ECS and Delta Liaison EDI software. Knowledge of protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, and experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and transaction sets like 850, 855, 856, 810, 997, 940, 945, among others, is required. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile methodology, B2B integration, and testing end-to-end with customers/trading partners and backend systems is essential. Strong communication skills and experience in Retail, Logistics & Warehouse Transactions are desired. In addition to the required skills, experience in installing, upgrading, creating additional environments, and ensuring operational integrity of ECS and Delta Liaison, familiarity with API-based integration, and knowledge of migration projects are considered good-to-have skills.
