Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Master Session department as a Moderator Intern. The ideal candidate will assist in facilitating online discussions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all participants. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in event moderation and online communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in moderating online discussions during live events and webinars
Monitor chat rooms and forums to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment
Engage with participants and encourage active participation
Help troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform
Collaborate with the event team to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the moderation process

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms
Previous experience in event moderation or customer service is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
