About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our team for various non-IT roles across departments like Operations, Customer Support, Administration, Sales Coordination, and Data Management. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a professional attitude.

Walkin Details: #102, 2nd floor, "Campusmarg Khairatabad", Moghal Emami Mansion, Veer Nagar, Opp to Shadan College, Near Metro Pillar 1185, Khairatabad, HyderabadDate: Monday to Saturday 11am to 3pm

Key Responsibilities

Interact with internal teams and external clients/customers (as applicable)
Manage day-to-day operational or administrative tasks
Handle documentation, reporting, and data entry
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow
Provide support to customer queries via email, phone, or chat
Maintain accurate records and support process improvements

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Eligibility Criteria

Any graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.)
2023/2024 pass-outs preferred
Willingness to work from the office in Hyderabad
