MIS Executive

Job Location: Paithan, Chatrapati Sambhajinagar (Resident of Paithan is mandatory)

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining data systems and generating accurate reports for decision-making purposes. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and other data tools, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and compile data from various departments.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sales, purchase, inventory, finance, manpower, etc.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Create MIS reports and summaries as per management requirements.
• Identify trends and highlight areas of concern or improvement.
• Support departments with ad hoc data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in data handling.
• Coordinate with IT or ERP teams to streamline data flow.
• Ensure proper backup and documentation of MIS files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or related field). MBA is a plus.
• 3–7 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting roles.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Macros, etc.)
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to handle large datasets and multi-task effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
