This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and other data tools, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Collect, validate, and compile data from various departments. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sales, purchase, inventory, finance, manpower, etc. Design and maintain dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools. Create MIS reports and summaries as per management requirements. Identify trends and highlight areas of concern or improvement. Support departments with ad hoc data analysis and reporting. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in data handling. Coordinate with IT or ERP teams to streamline data flow. Ensure proper backup and documentation of MIS files. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or related field). MBA is a plus. 3–7 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting roles. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Macros, etc.) Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Ability to handle large datasets and multi-task effectively.
