This is a dedicated training and development role focused on building the next generation of tech talent. You will conduct sessions, guide hands-on labs, mentor learners, and help them apply AI & IoT concepts in real-world projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct structured training programs on AI/ML and IoT (sensors, microcontrollers, platforms). Design and deliver hands-on labs and project-based learning activities. Create and update course materials including slides, assignments, quizzes, and project documentation. Provide mentorship and technical support to learners, ensuring their progress and understanding. Evaluate learner performance and support certification or assessment processes. Stay updated with current technologies and incorporate relevant tools and trends into the curriculum. Organize and participate in internal workshops, webinars, tech talks, and bootcamps. Coordinate with the academic or training team to align sessions with learning outcomes.
