Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Responsibilities


Act as a point of contact for clients and distributors regarding mutual fund investments


Provide investment advice based on clients financial goals and risk profiles


Handle onboarding, KYC, and compliance for mutual fund clients


Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend fund switches or top-ups as needed


Build and manage strong relationships with IFAs, partners, and HNI clients


Conduct investor awareness programs and periodic engagement activities


Ensure service excellence, timely communication, and query resolution


Achieve AUM growth and client acquisition targets


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business (MBA/PGDM preferred)


NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) – mandatory


2–4 years of experience in mutual fund sales, relationship management, or financial services


Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, NAV tracking, SIP/STP/SWP, etc.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Ability to handle client objections, explain investment rationale clearly


Familiarity with financial platforms like BSE Star MF, NSE NMF II, or CAMS
