Role Overview:

As a Metadata Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, curating, editing, and maintaining accurate metadata for movies, TV shows, and other entertainment content used across Aeroplay’s client platforms. You will ensure content is well-tagged, searchable, and enriched with comprehensive information to enhance the passenger viewing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and proofread metadata for all types of content including movies, TV shows, and audio programs.
• Ensure metadata accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client-specific guidelines.
• Source, resize, and quality check images, posters, and thumbnails associated with content.
• Coordinate with content programming, scheduling, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of metadata and assets.
• Maintain and update internal metadata databases and trackers.
• Research and verify information such as synopses, cast, crew, genre, awards, and other attributes.
• Assist in quality control checks for content libraries prior to deployment.
• Identify metadata issues proactively and provide corrective solutions.
• Support ad-hoc metadata or asset management requirements from the content operations team.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in metadata coordination, content editing, media operations, or similar roles in media/entertainment/OTT industries.
• Fresh graduates with strong skills and a passion for entertainment metadata can apply.
