Role Overview

seasoned Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to source and select premium materials (leather, wood, marble, metal, LED, etc.)
• Suggest what materials, finishes, and design directions will best suit specific projects, both from a design and execution point of view
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trusted manufacturers and market vendors
• Stay updated with market trends and emerging materials suitable for luxury spaces
• Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality, pricing, and brand standards
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to maintain alignment in vision and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  8 years of relevant experience

  in merchandising/sourcing for luxury furniture or interior brands
• Strong knowledge of high-end materials and their applications in wardrobes, bedrooms, and custom interior settings
• Established vendor network and material sourcing connections
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and aesthetic judgment
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams

Preferred Background

• Prior experience working with well-known luxury interior or modular furniture brands (without disclosing specific names)
• Understanding of luxury client preferences and high-end project timelines
