Job Description

Plan, design, and coordinate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, etc.) for residential and commercial projects.
Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs provided by consultants.
Supervise site execution of MEP works and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders for seamless integration of MEP systems.
Conduct quality checks and ensure proper installation of MEP equipment.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships for MEP procurement and work execution.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP milestones.
Resolve on-site MEP issues and suggest corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to local building codes and standards.

Job Type: Full-time
