Job Description :-

• Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Manage MEP project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP integration into the overall project design.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes for MEP installations, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Sustainability Focus: Incorporate sustainable design practices into MEP systems to enhance energy efficiency and environmental performance.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8-13 years of experience in MEP engineering within the real estate, residential, or industrial sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees and additional certifications are advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of MEP systems and current industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale construction projects
• Proven track record in leadership roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
