Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full Stack Python Developer with a passion for teaching and mentoring. In this role, you will guide students in mastering full stack development using Python and related technologies, helping them build industry-ready skills through structured modules and real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on full stack development (frontend + backend).
• Mentor and support students through their learning journey.
• Provide guidance on real-time projects, debugging, and best coding practices.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and coding tasks.
• Track learner progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest development tools, frameworks, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in Python, Django/Flask, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS/Angular.
• Experience with databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or conducting workshops.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, deployment tools (Docker, Heroku, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,120.95 per month
