Ensure that the patient counseling is happening in all the areas & also ensure that all the Audio Video recordings are being archived and can be accessible whenever they are required with the support of IT team. 25. Ensure that the academic calendar is in place and academics are happening on regular basis. 26. Ensure that the consultant rosters are in place and make sure that the consultants are being interacted on daily basis. 27. To make daily rounds to patient care areas and make sure that all the required emergency support like Crash carts , Defibrillator are in place. 28.
