A passionate and driven Medical Representative is sought to join the dynamic team. This role is a pivotal link between the company and healthcare professionals, focused on promoting products, fostering strong relationships, and ultimately improving patient care.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's portfolio of products (pharmaceuticals/medical devices) to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within a designated territory.

Conduct in-depth product presentations, demonstrating benefits, applications, and supporting claims with clinical data.

Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.

Identify the needs of healthcare providers and recommend suitable solutions using the company's products.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and gather valuable feedback from healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, medical affairs) to optimize strategies and product launches.

Manage and maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Organize and attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and educational seminars to stay abreast of industry trends and network with professionals.

Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in medical sales or a similar role in the healthcare sector (1-3 years preferred, freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply).
