Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary: The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. The role involves developing relationships with medical personnel, explaining product benefits, providing product samples, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals in assigned territory. Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Schedule and conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities (clinics, hospitals, pharmacies). Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop strategies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools. Organize or participate in medical conferences and promotional events. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
