About the Position: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person with experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or corporate hospital sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing a team, overseeing channel and distribution sales, and ensuring the achievement of regional targets. This role requires frequent travel to meet clients, demonstrate products, and provide application support. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Must have Experience in any kind of Medical Device/ Medical Equipment Sales Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the assigned region. Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients, especially corporate hospitals (ICU, OT, etc.). Manage and guide a sales team, ensuring performance alignment with company goals. Handle channel sales and oversee distribution networks. Provide on-ground demo and application support to clients. Collect and analyze sales reports and data from team members. Take ownership of team sales targets and ensure their achievement. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and negotiate deals, closing sales with favorable terms. Administer key client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction. Prepare and present periodic reports to head office, including sales performance and market trends. Coordinate sales initiatives and projects across teams and partners. Analyze market trends, costs, and competitor strategies to optimize performance.
