Job Summary: The Machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the machinery used in the production, mixing, freezing, and packaging of ice cream. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery, including mixers, pasteurizers, freezers, filling machines, and packaging equipment. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, including breakdowns or operational problems, and coordinate repairs or adjustments.
