Key Responsibilities: Operate beam saw machines to cut sheet materials as per job specifications and drawings. Read and interpret cutting lists, technical drawings, and job orders. Set up machines including adjustments for speed, blade height, and guides. Ensure materials are correctly positioned and secured for accurate cutting. Perform quality checks to ensure cut pieces meet specifications and tolerances. Monitor machine operation and detect malfunctions or irregularities. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on the beam saw machine. Maintain accurate production and machine logs.
