The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Internal Medicine, with a minimum of 5 years of post-MD experience . Prior experience or training in Critical Care will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of adult medical conditions. Collaborate with critical care teams in managing high-acuity patients when required. Supervise and guide junior doctors and medical staff in the department. Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical care. Participate in medical audits, case discussions, and clinical quality programs. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital protocols. Required Qualifications: MD in General Medicine from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of post-MD clinical experience .
