MBA/BBA HR Intern Require for Bulk BPO Hiring

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will assist our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and help maintain a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Duration Period of HR Internship - 3 to 6 months. Job Role & Responsibilities: Source and screen candidate profiles from various platforms Reach out to potential candidates and coordinate interviews Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system Support employer branding initiatives across platforms Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvements Eligibility Criteria : Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in recruitment and human resources Organized, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality Familiarity with LinkedIn and Naukri is a plus Fresher's/Exp who want to make their Career in HR Field can apply for this HR Internship.
