Key Responsibilities: Develop and validate computational models for the process, structure, and multi-physics analysis with FEM and CFD tools ( e.g ., Abaqus, ANSYS Fluent , COMSOL, Star-CCM). Conduct simulations and analyze results to optimize designs and ensure compliance with industry standards. Ability to comprehend statistical process analysis and control systems. Utilize data analysis and machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of simulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and troubleshoot engineering issues. Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate analysis results and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA, CFD, numerical methods, computational geometry, and machine learning. Qualifications: Master's or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in computational modeling. Experience with numerical methods, scientific computing and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, FORTRAN, C++). Experience with data analysis tools and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, etc.). Familiar with FEA, FVM, PFM, HPEM, methods and implementations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HPC on Linux environment Experience with computational geometry and mesh generation techniques. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of multi-physics simulations and advanced material models. Strong background in computational fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, physics, chemistry, and statistical /data analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills.
