Job Title: Maths Mentor Location: Work From Home / NNIIT Salary Package: ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Part-Time Work Schedule: 5 hours per day 6 days a week Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maths Mentor(IIT AND JEE) to join our academic team. The mentor will be responsible for providing one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students preparing for competitive exams, especially IIT and JEE . The ideal candidate should have a strong subject command and prior experience in teaching Maths at the K-12 or coaching institute level. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one Maths mentoring sessions with students online. Explain and clarify Maths concepts relevant to the IIT and JEE syllabus . Address individual student doubts, queries, and academic challenges. Track and report student progress to academic coordinators. Ensure quality teaching standards and maintain session schedules. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics or relevant field. Prior teaching experience is mandatory, preferably in IIT and JEE coaching . Strong knowledge of the IIT and JEE Maths syllabus . Good communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills. Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet connection for online classes.
