Maruti New Car Sales Consultant

The job involves lead generation, referrals, and offering test drives to customers. You will be responsible for monitoring sales and ensuring growth in the nearby Kollam, Chavara area. Regularly reviewing the performance of team members and providing necessary training will be part of your duties. Organizing sales promotional activities with the team members is also a key responsibility. Your sales focus will include cars, accessories, exchange, finance, insurance, and loyalty card services. Post-sales responsibilities will involve ensuring timely delivery and service, understanding customers" finance requirements, guiding them on options and documentation, and keeping them informed about their car-related needs. Maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships will be crucial. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales within the auto, retail, hospitality, aviation, or similar industries.
