Marketing & Sales Executive

The Marketing & Sales Executive position is located in Kota and falls within the Building Materials - Wall & Tile Care Products industry. With 13 years of experience (preferably in FMCG or Building Materials), the salary range for this full-time role is between 15,000 to 20,000 per month. As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell wall and tile care products such as Gypsum Plaster, Wall Putty, Tile Adhesive, Paints, Waterproofing Chemicals, and other construction solutions in Rajasthan. Your tasks will include identifying and developing new dealers, distributors, and contractors, meeting monthly sales and collection targets, conducting site visits and product demos, as well as building strong relationships with customers and channel partners. It will also be crucial to track competitor activity, coordinate with the head office for order processing, ensure effective branding and visibility of products, and gather market intelligence. To qualify for this role, you need to have a minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduate, with 0-2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in Building Materials/FMCG). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a good understanding of the local market and a network of dealers, contractors, and applicators. Having a two-wheeler for field travel, basic knowledge of construction site practices, and sales reporting skills are also required. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule.
