Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead branding and marketing efforts for our Retail and Food & Beverage business units operating in premium airport environments.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2C marketing, social media, campaign execution, and PR coordination, with prior experience in retail marketing and agency collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive footfall, engagement, and conversionsCollaborate with social media and PR agencies for regular campaign managementCoordinate with airport marketing teams for location-specific promotionsDesign and implement events and activations at airport outletsMonitor digital marketing performance (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)Drive influencer marketing strategies and media coverageEnsure brand consistency across touchpoints and campaign assetsTrack and analyze performance metrics and campaign ROIBuild strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and airport stakeholdersExperience:5+ years in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, hospitality, or travel sectors.Experience working with agencies (PR and social media).Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Skills:Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the travel retail and F&B sectors.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.Key Attributes:Creative and innovative thinker.Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.Passionate about F&B and delivering exceptional customer experience
