Propsalt Landbase Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic real estate company in Gurgaon aiming to be recognized as a premium real estate brand across the NCR region. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our in-house marketing team and take charge of building a strong digital and offline presence that positions us as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to build brand visibility across digital and offline channels.
• Lead a team of digital marketers, graphic designers, content creators, and videographers to execute campaigns effectively.
• Drive high-quality lead generation through performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and targeted campaigns.
• Oversee content creation for social media, website, brochures, video shoots, and email marketing.
• Ensure Propsalts strong and consistent presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business targets and objectives.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Coordinate brand events, exhibitions, and offline promotions for visibility in the Gurgaon real estate market.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, and ensure ROI-driven execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in real estate or brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of running successful lead generation and brand campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with digital tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, analytics tools, etc.).
• Creative thinker with strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
