Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify prospective students through fieldwork, social media, and walk-ins. Counseling & Conversion: Explain course offerings and benefits to students and parents. Convert inquiries into enrollments. Sales Target: Achieve weekly/monthly targets for student admissions. Institutional Tie-ups: Connect with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to build partnerships and drive admissions. Marketing Activities: Coordinate seminars, workshops, and promotional events in colleges and public spaces. Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
