Role & responsibilities 1. Maintain CRM and customer databases with accurate and updated information. 2. Lead Date Entries in ERP 3. Searching Internet to find new prospects 4. Develop and manage marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and product datasheets. 5. Preparing weekly marketing activity report 6. Manage digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, website content updates, and LinkedIn presence. 7. Coordinating with social media marketing agency 8. Use B2B market portals (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.) to identify potential clients and business opportunities. 9. Bulk Mails & Whatsapp messaging 10. Ensure timely communication with internal teams for sample dispatches and customer follow-ups. 11. Ability to communicate properly in Gujarati & Hindi 12. Knowledge of MS-Office, Internet & Google Sheets 13. Working knowledge of Digital Marketing Platforms Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in chemical, dyes, or pigment industries
